Casa Fleura’s jewelry is water-resistant. The gold plating on our jewelry is real gold, 18 karats or 24 karats. Gold is a long lasting material, when taken care of. But don’t worry if your jewelry gets in contact with water or perfume now and then - they won’t tarnish right away!

The earring hoops, necklaces and rings that are in contact with your skin have a stainless steel core. This is the perfect base for jewelry. Stainless steel doesn't oxidate, so any small tarnishments in the gold plating won’t be noticeable since the stainless steel doesn't shed any color or rust.

Remember to check your pendant earrings and pendant necklaces now and then so make sure the little sprint hoop is still secured and closed. We handmake our pendant jewelry - therefore the little hoops need the ability to open and close. After attaching the pendant we close these small spring hoops with great care. But be aware these small hoops can slightly deform when you put a large amount of pressure on the item - therefore the hoop could create a small opening and the pendant is at risk of falling off. By checking your item now and then this can be prevented.

If you receive a damaged or faulty product, send us a mail on info@casa-fleura.com and attach a picture and the order number. Contact us as well if you are not sure your item is as it should be or does not close properly. Warranty is not available in case spring hoops have opened up and a pendant is lost. You can always purchase a new single pendant.
